hi, I’m Mandy Roux

I’m so excited that you’re here!

I started my business + leadership journey in 2017 through taking my first leadership training. I had always been interested in Eastern Philosophy, spirituality, mental wellbeing and KNEW I wanted to start a business.

The rest was history - I took my 500-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher training, started becoming obsessed with learning about entrepreneurship and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I started my soul business through teaching yoga, meditation and workshops on yogic philosophy.

I then brought it all online which opened up more opportunities than I ever thought was possible.

I’ve worked with hundreds of soulful entrepreneurs to grow their business, worked with some of the leading voices in my industry, and have been able to bring in consistent financial abundance while holding trauma-informed spaces for healing.

I get to witness people’s lives transform ALL while doing the work that is aligned with my soul, and I want that for you too.
