I am an embodied leadership + business mentor.

My journey began when I was 14 years old and stumbled into a new age store.
My curious mind led me to learn about Eastern philosophy, such as Buddhism and yoga. I got all sorts of palm, tarot, and physic readings, chakra healings, you name it
I was embracing my sacred rebelliousness but I’m so glad I did because finding my own version of spirituality and connection with myself at such a young age was truly life changing
That led me to have the desire to create
My business was officially born in 2017 when I took my 500 hour trauma informed yoga teacher training with Susanna Barkataki.
For 7+ years I’ve been teaching yoga + mindfulness through my business in my community, music festivals, mental health facilities and online. My love of entrepreneurship led me to begin to teach other soulful entrepreneurs to chase their dreams and build their business.
Yoga serves as the foundation for my work. It is an ancient healing practice which means to “yoke” the body, mind + spirit. I am passionate about supporting my clients to somatically and spiritually heal from within so that they can release the blocks that are keeping them stuck in their business (truuuuuust me when I tell you this is the most important part that most people forget)!
This practice serves as a beautiful tool to heal your nervous system, which guides you to shift your way of being to show up as a powerful leader and business owner.

My studies have largely focused on mental wellness, social justice and how to support clients through their healing journey.
This is a guiding force the work that I do with entrepreneurs as we cannot be successful business owners, teachers or leaders without honoring our mental wellbeing.
I weave in my education to support soulful entrepreneurs to start their business with integrity, compassion and to learn how to support their clients through a trauma-informed lens.
I am passionate about supporting soulful entrepreneurs to build their business from an aligned place as your business literally has the ability to heal you on a mind, body + spirit level
